Rich is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in finance management, operations, and strategic planning. Rich has crisscrossed the United States, first as a baseball coach and then following college teams. He’s an avid fan of his native Cincinnati sports teams. When not following a game, you can often find Rich on the golf course, working in his yard, or planning his next home improvement project.
Malati’s role is chief problem-solver. Having grown the Engineering Office from its founding into the large, multi-faceted organization it is today, Malati sees her value as being able to listen, understand, and evaluate problems, then unblock the blockers to get things done. As Director, she has served as HR leader, QA tester, and even interior decorator, and no challenge has been too large. Before joining CoStrategix, Malati worked as a professor of engineering and electronics sales leader.
