Having grown the Engineering Office from its founding into the large, multi-faceted organization it is today, Malati sees her value as being able to listen, understand, and evaluate problems, then unblock the blockers to get things done. As Director, she has served as HR leader, QA tester, and even interior decorator, and no challenge has been too large. Before joining CoStrategix, Malati worked as a professor of engineering and electronics sales leader.
