CoStrategix Technologies Supports Employees During Latest Covid Surve

CoStrategix Technologies announces new steps to support employees as a Covid surge hits India, and ahead of a government lockdown that impacts Bangalore and other regions.
The following new benefits are now available for any Gixer (CoStrategix employee) who becomes sick or whose immediate family members become sick from Covid19:
- Additional 14 days of paid leave on top of sick leave already in place
- Salary advance
- Food reimbursement for the entire family
- Hospital-provided home care reimbursement
- Medical insurance covers hospitalization due to Covid19
CoStrategix also created a Covid19-specific private support group for announcements for real-time communication and support.
“There is no easy way to describe how hard or serious things become when you or your loved ones fall sick to Covid,” said Nandagopal Jayaram, CEO of CoStrategix Technologies. “We can’t bury our heads in the sand and wish for the best. We are tested as individuals and as an organization during difficult times. At the minimum, we have to care for one another and do the right thing.”
