CoStrategix is a Best Places to Work Finalist – Seven Years Running!

CoStrategix is proud to announce that we have been named a finalist in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s  Best Places to Work 2025 competition – marking the seventh consecutive year we’ve earned this incredible honor.

This recognition is based entirely on employee feedback collected through an independent survey administered by Quantum Workplace. The survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including engagement, trust in leadership, communication, and alignment with company values.

“Being named a finalist once is meaningful – but earning that recognition seven years in a row is something truly special,” said Beverly Haskins, Director of HR and Talent. “It’s a direct reflection of the culture our team continues to build together – one rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and care for each other.”
