CoStrategix is proud to announce its continued partnership and sponsorship of TechOlympics, the nation’s largest teen-run technology conference. As part of its commitment to fostering innovation and empowering the next generation of digital talent, CoStrategix will lead an immersive workshop designed to demystify the world of Artificial Intelligence: “AI Agent Lab: Create Your Own AI Agent with OpenAI.”
TechOlympics, hosted annually by the INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati, brings together hundreds of high school students for a weekend of competition, networking, and professional development. This year, CoStrategix is taking center stage to move students from AI consumers to AI creators.
The workshop will be led by CoStrategix experts Mark Celsor and Venkat Balasubramanian, both Solution Architects. The session is designed to break down the barriers to entry for data science and automation, proving that you don’t need to be a software engineer to harness the power of Big Data.

About the AI Agent Lab
In this hands-on workshop, students will explore the architecture of AI agents and build their own custom agents using OpenAI’s latest tools. The workshop is designed for all skill levels – no prior coding experience is required.
Participants will:
- Gain a behind-the-scenes look at how professional AI agents are constructed
- Build a functional AI agent tailored to their specific interests, such as analyzing sports statistics or social media trends
- Understand the practical applications of AI in college and future career paths
“We aren’t just showing them what AI can do. We’re handing them the keys to build it themselves,” said Mark Celsor. Venkat Balasubramanian added, “Our goal is to spark an imagination that lasts long after the weekend is over, showing these students how they can use AI to drive business intelligence and social impact.”
