- 5 minutes watch
Are your AI agents ready for production? This panel of industry leaders in Houston discussed what it takes to move AI experiments to outcomes.
Watch this recording of our executive panel discussion in Houston – Agents in Motion: Turning AI Experiments into Enterprise Outcomes. Enterprise leaders from healthcare, supply chain, and engineering came together to discuss the harsh reality of AI agent deployment. From real-world horror stories of agents pulling bad operational moves to balancing safety with innovation, this panel breaks down what it truly takes to transition from a “cool demo” to trusted enterprise software.
“If an AI agent were a college intern, would you hand them the keys to your production software or core supply chain on Day 1?”
Key Takeaways
- The Driving License Analogy: Why deploying agents without continuous monitoring is like letting unlicensed drivers onto the highway
- Treating Agents Like Interns: How to manage autonomy, set boundaries, and earn trust step-by-step
- Business Pull vs. IT Push: Why board-mandated AI projects stall out, while business-led agent workflows drive measurable value
- Beyond the Demo: Why runtime governance, dynamic data, and technical debt are the true roadblocks to scaling
