Our own Matt Wehrman, Aharon Cagle and Brian Heil will present the breakout session topic: Patterns of Digital Engagement: A playbook for driving customer engagement on Wednesday. The session will address those critical moments in a customer journey when brands have an opportunity to deliver an experience. Matt, Aharon and Brian will demonstrate a cardinal rule in today’s new digital realm: disrupt or be disrupted.
Powering D2 this year will be a new mobile app designed to encourage engagement and make the most out of critical connection moments at events and conferences. Users can: manage itineraries; provide instant survey feedback; connect (swipe right) with other attendees using a proprietary matching algorithm based on the interests users select; and use the in-app chat function to connect in real time with other attendees.
